For the past 17 years Peter has worked with global and domestic brands across multiple sectors in Asia, UK, Europe, and North America. Helping them to identify the best Technology leadership talent. This includes CIO/CTO/CDO/CISOs and their leadership teams. Peter joined Kepler Search Singapore in 2025 to spearhead the Technology Practice. His experience and knowledge enables him to understand hiring needs and tailoring solutions that best fit organisations he partners with. Areas of deep technical understanding include AI, Security and Engineering.
Peter is dedicated to building long-term relationships and partnerships that enable him to be a trusted partner to his clients and create a great service to facilitate the needs of both the organisations and people he represents. He cares passionately about how he engages with his network and always aims to delight and outperform his candidates’ and clients’ experience.
Away from work (but always happy to engage in) Peter is a committed squash player, having played and captained one of the biggest teams in Singapore. A fond and consistent scuba diver, experiencing some of the best dive sites the world has to offer. He’s terrified of flying yet will jump out of planes to satisfy the ultimate adrenaline rush.
