Prior to his career in executive search, Adrian built 15 years of industry experience across investment banking, energy research, and consulting. He completed his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business with a focus on Finance before proceeding to work across both oil & gas consulting and research, gaining first-hand insight into market dynamics, corporate strategy, and stakeholder management.
